Ingredients for Healthy Milkshake Recipe

1/2 cup frozen strawberry
1 cup milk
1/4 cup soft tofu (or use ice cream if you don't want the soy)
1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon ground flax seed (optional)
2 teaspoons wheat germ (optional)

In a blender, mix together all the ingredients
Blend until smooth
