2 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 1/4 cups apple juice
1 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
1/4 cup skim milk
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

In a blender, mix together the frozen blueberries, apple juice, yogurt, milk, and cinnamon
Blend until smooth
Pour the Blueberry Breakfast Milkshake into a glass and serve
